United Finance and the United Foundation is proud to support the Quilts of Valor Foundation who are making a difference for our service members and veterans.
United Finance has a rich tradition of ownership and management serving our country in the military. Supporting service members and veterans is a priority for our current Nampa Branch Manager, Matt Sivley, who is a Veteran of Desert Storm. Matt is pictured delivering our 2024 donation.

I will be honest in saying I get major anxiety any time I know that I need to reach out to anyone in any type of customer service position because of my recent interactions with xfinity, verizon and other companies. When a rep in the Gresham office misquoted the amount I owed I ended up being short by like $3 and Gresham was hard up for that $3 let me tell ya lol! Also after the passing of a friend of mine, he had a loan on a vehicle I was buying from his widow to help her. They took care of the loan and I was able to get the car registered in my name.I did have one bad experience, however it wasnt the people.. it was just the situation. I needed a loan and all I had was my van as something to go against. The van was not worth the price of the loan I was asking for, so they denied me, however they tried to help me to see what I can do to get the loan. It didn't solve the issue, but it was nice not to have the door just slammed in my face.
