I will be honest in saying I get major anxiety any time I know that I need to reach out to anyone in any type of customer service position because of my recent interactions with xfinity, verizon and other companies. Also after the passing of a friend of mine, he had a loan on a vehicle I was buying from his widow to help her. I don't understand the negative reviews. Interest rates are high, but that is to be expected for a loan company that specializes in helping people with less than stellar credit. I have been doing business with United Finance for over 15 years.Even when my credit score was better, I would continue to get loans from United, just paid them off early so I wasn't paying the interest. Russ, at the Vancouver location is the best. He understands that life happens. He greets me by name every time I go in, even after 6 mos. to a year has gone by. Will continue to provide them my business, as long as Russ is the manager.
