Lori Cox was presented the AFSA Outstanding Employee Award given to individuals from AFSA member companies who have shown excellence in performance management skills and customer service under the company’s standards of finance management. Eight Outstanding Employees were recognized and received their awards during the AFSA Independent’s Conference Opening General Session on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lori began her career with United Finance in July of 1997. She started as a Customer Service Representative in the Gladstone, Oregon branch. During the company’s software conversion process to Goldpoint Systems in 2002, she took on a leadership role as a company trainer. In September of 2002 she was promoted to the Home Office team as branch support and also managed the Certificates of Deposit. In 2008, her responsibilities expanded to include being a Director and Secretary of the RH Parker United Foundation. She was again promoted to the company’s Insurance Department in August of 2014 and most recently to Insurance Manager in April. Congratulations Lori!
