Where do I start?
Let me start by saying, it’s hard to believe companies like this still exist. The majority of corporate America has become so impersonal and numb to the realities we all face today. The wonderful people at United Finance in the Tacoma office are truly amazing. They took the time to listen to my needs and figure out an option that really does work. I had no idea when I called, this would happen. I figured I would just muddle through until, well whenever?
Cassy, Erica and Sammy, really do CARE about what they do. Day in and day out. I have to think, how fortunate I have been to be able to work with them. That isn’t something I say lightly either. I have to share my experience with United finance I’m coming out of a 10 year relationship. I’m 64 single and on disability. i’m not saying I have the best credit in the world and it came out of a relationship that the home was not mine and so I’m the one that had to leave. United finance stepped in and helped me with a loan for a car because the car I was driving was a nice Mercedes, but it was under somebody else’s name. I was making the payments on it for the last three years, but of course I get an accident. The person that slammed into the back of me didn’t have insurance and I’m the one that suffers the only place that I could find with the credit I had was united finance. They stepped in and gave me credit so I could get a car reliable, and then I could afford to pay payments on then on top of that I ran into a problem having to come up with some extra money to move into a place and they came up with letting me six months later because my payments were on time or before they were due every month, they let me miss one month payment and give me an extra loan on top of that so I was able to move into my place without any stress This united finance has helped me in every way possible I can’t stress enough how wonderful these girls are at United finance this company is wonderful. They will help you with anything that you need. They will try their best to get you what you need. Thank you United finance

I honestly regret not coming here sooner to share my experience with United Finance, as they’ve been incredible partners in my financial journey for over two years now. I want to make up for that today by telling you about the wonderful people at this business and how much they’ve helped me.

When I first needed a loan for a vehicle I wanted to purchase from a car sales lot, I was approved by United Finance. At the time, I didn’t know much about them, as I was paired with the company randomly—but that was the start of an amazing adventure together.

Unfortunately, the car lot owner was negligent in filing the necessary paperwork with the DMV, which caused complications. Through no fault of my own or United Finance, we found ourselves in a challenging situation. That’s when I met Joanne. She went above and beyond to help rectify the issue, guiding me through the process with unwavering support and reassurance. Thanks to her efforts, everything worked out perfectly, and I knew I could count on her for help anytime I needed it.

Since then, United Finance has continued to be a reliable partner. They’ve helped me secure additional funds for unexpected situations and even refinanced my loan at a better rate—thank you, Brent! (By the way, the manager is a fantastic guy. If you don’t believe me, stop by and say hello!)

Just recently, I visited the McMinnville office and was greeted by familiar faces and the same genuinely kind and helpful attitude I’ve come to expect. Although Brent wasn’t there that day, I know we would have had a great chat like old times. :)

I will be honest in saying I get major anxiety any time I know that I need to reach out to anyone in any type of customer service position because of my recent interactions with xfinity, verizon and other companies. When a rep in the Gresham office misquoted the amount I owed I ended up being short by like $3 and Gresham was hard up for that $3 let me tell ya lol! I used UF when I bought my van.. they gave the loan quickly and I drove off with my new van that day. Also after the passing of a friend of mine, he had a loan on a vehicle I was buying from his widow to help her. They took care of the loan and I was able to get the car registered in my name.

I did have one bad experience, however it wasnt the people.. it was just the situation. I needed a loan and all I had was my van as something to go against. The van was not worth the price of the loan I was asking for, so they denied me, however they tried to help me to see what I can do to get the loan. It didn't solve the issue, but it was nice not to have the door just slammed in my face.
