LMC’s benefits are as flexible as its member’s needs in that they can be accessed via 24/7 toll free dispatch, smart phone app or by faxing the receipt for service already provided. The method does not make any difference to us. It is whatever is most convenient for the member.
Services
- EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICE UP TO $75.00
Club will pay up to $75.00 for service call to member’s disabled automobile. - LOCKOUT SERVICE UP TO $75.00
Club will pay up to $75.00 to open customer’s locked car door, house or garage door, or ignition. - $20.00 FLAT TIRE REPAIR
Club will pay up to $20.00 for a flat tire repair. - $20.00 BATTERY CHARGE
Club will pay up to $20.00 for a battery charge. - EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE
UP TO $200.00
Club will reimburse member up to $200.00 for transportation in an ambulance from the scene of an auto accident in which member is involved, to hospital for emergency. - MAP SERVICE AND TRIP ROUTING
Club will send member marked map with directions to member’s stated destination.
- TOWING UP TO $75.00
Club will pay up to $75.00 for towing from the scene of members vehicle disablement. - LONG DISTANCE TOWING UP TO $200.00
If more than 100 miles from home, member
may choose to have vehicle towed to home town. - EMERGENCY TRAVEL EXPENSE UP TO $300.00
If member becomes disabled 100 miles or more from home, club will reimburse member up to $300.00 for lodging/food expenses while waiting on repair or up to $300.00 for continuing journey by commercial transportation. - $150.00 TRAFFIC COURT DEFENSE
Club will pay directly to the attorney of
member’s choice for defense in traffic court. - $750.00 LEGAL DEFENSE FEES
Club will pay directly to attorney of member’s choice, up to $250.00 for initial hearing and $250.00 for each subsequent hearing for a maximum total of $750.00, to defend member of vehicular homicide.
