First I like to say that United finance is there to help, this time it was really serious and though it took longer than I wanted to get the loan. It was worth the wait I didn't have to put my car as a bargaining gesture. The whole process has changed from less time going to the bank to cash the check, there's immediate funding to establish the things that are a priority. They are really professional and affordable.

Ok so, it is truly a special thing to have such a bright & wonderful staff at the place where you had to borrow against your old Kia just to get by! These people—Michelle, Aspen, Alejandro, Maya—are just quality. I joke & laugh with them, arrange commiserate & communicate with them, know them. This economy, this hustle, this rat race, this rollercoaster: I wouldn’t choose debt, but I do choose Gladstone United Finance. I’ve had dealings with various United Finance branches for years, a 2010s auto purchase, small personal loans, now an auto lean, but my experience working with the Gladstone folks here really is, it’s special. Life is hard & expensive, they make mine easier & more affordable. Thanks so much you guys. You’re worth your weight in gold…can I borrow some? 😏💸

I’ve had a very great time with the employees here in Longview as well as been able to take care of all my needs every single time I come in to the office. I also can say that no matter what the employees go out of there way to try to make sure the people that walk in feel like they r at home.

Fantastic staff (Gladstone). I had a family emergency just after my initial online loan request. Michelle and Alejandro were both very patient and courteous about setting up an appointment. Nice office with fantastic AC. Everyone was friendly, professional and thoroughly explained everything. Thank you so much Alejandro and staff.
